Unity 2017.1 f03 Longer start play time

I have 5.5.2 installed and 2017,
if i hit play in empty project in 5.5.2 its instant Play mode.
However it takes about 3-4 seconds in 2017 on normal production project, as well as on empty one.

Anyone else experienced this?

UPD:

I don’t know what it was , uninstalled unity, reinstalled, works fine now. Something got corrupted (i broke something probably)

My guess is that because i have a very high ping on my connection Unity screws me over hard with whatever it sends to their servers when i hit play.
As soon as i hit play unity starts sending something over network, what is it sending? EMPTY SCENE, GOD DAMN IT WHAT ARE YOU SENDING ??>??>??<??

I’m aware of this issue:

BuildPipelineInterfaces causes slow EnterPlaymode performance

It’s a regression in Unity 5.6 rather than 2017 though.

Have you got Unity Analytics turned on for your project? There’s a bunch of automatic stuff that sends, including scene loads.

I’ve actually noticed the same thing… but it only seems to happen the first time or first few times I enter play mode… there’s a hang. But then it just corrects itself and all is well. Unity anlytics disabled.
