Unity 2017.4.1f1 won't load after coming back from Sleep mode

Put my Windows 10 machine to sleep, came back Unity won’t load after restarting Windows, Reinstalling Unity doesn’t fix the problem, neither does deleting the License cache. Using Unity 2017.4.1f1 Pro on Win 10 64.

Looks like FMOD fails to run and crashes the start up. Here is the Editor.log

Googling for “unity FMOD failed to get driver capabilities” brings up a few suggestions including Error: FMOD failed to initialize - Questions & Answers - Unity Discussions and "FMOD failed to initialize ... Error initializing output device" on WP8 device

Thanks @JeffDUnity3D I didn’t see those threads when I googled for the problem before. However none of those threads had any relevant information for me.
As this problem continued with any project even creating a new project.

However coming back after going to bed and waking up this morning Unity seems to load again which is life saver since I have a deadline to meet today. I’ll submit a bug report when I have time.
