[Unity 2018.2.11] Why does post processing effects not work/ work differently after build than in run mode?

I’m currently trying out the post processing stack of unity and it works fine when im in scene & run mode, but when I build the game, it doesn’t seem to work properly.

I only have 1 camera in my scene, and my quality settings are set to ‘Fantastic’.

With post processing working in run mode:


Without post processing working properly in built mode:

Are you sure you set your target platform default quality to the same quality ?


This many not be the Quality.
