Unity 2018.3.8f1 - Skinned mesh BUG on android

Skinned mesh BUG on android. Mesh crashed. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Everything works on other android devices.

Do you have GPU skinning enabled in player settings?

2018.3.12f1 should have this issue fixed.
