Unity 2019 comes with Dark theme

Hi guys. Today i just downloaded unity 2019.4 from unity hub and when i open unity i see unity has dark theme. I am using free version. Is it a bug??

It’s intended and listed in the Release Notes for 2019.4.8 and 2020.1.2.
They made it freely available for all users now.
