Unity 2020.1.0b3 Editor progress bar doesn't show busy seconds anymore

I don’t know maybe it’s only me in that position, but I did really like to know how much time it takes to start my scene or reload assemblies after script changes. Right now even if I set ‘Busy Progress Delay’ to 0.1 sec, the progress bar doesn’t show me the time of busy state.

Why is it important for me? Before the last update (in 2020.1b1) I knew exactly how much time I need to wait during the next same freezes. So, I completely stopped worrying about micro freezes. After Unity 2019 it was a welcome relief for me.

Before (2020.1b1) :

After (2020.1b3):

Please, can we have another option to see the exact time of busy state?
