Unity 2021.2.0b7 Mac M1: Can't create new project

Trying out the latest beta from here when I open an existing project it works.
When I try to create a new project using the 3D default template I get this error.

Any idea why ?

Hi @ ,

This seems to be an issue with Hub v3 beta. This is currently being investigated internally. A workaround for now would be to switch back to Hub v2.
