Unity 2021.3.21f1 hold on busy forever when i try to close it

Hi,
Many times when i try to close Unity it freezes and shows the message “Application.Shutdown.CleaupMono” and statys like that forever. I use VR with hdrp and steamvr

‘Reset All Layouts’ solved this for me.
