Trying to create an HDRP project in 2021.1.21f1. I don’t get the HDRP option. What am I doing wrong?

Just downloaded 2021.2.2f1 and am having the same issue:
2D, 3D and 2D-URP show up
Mobile 2D, Mobile 3D, AR, VR show up but need to be downloaded
I’ve just checked using the Hub V3 and the HDRP option is there (Editor 2021.2.2f1)
Could you please update your Hub to V3 and check if the option shows?
I can confirm that I had the same issue with Hub 2.x and fixed it by moving to Hub 3.x beta. Seems like now you have to first download the template.
