Unity 2023 version cant find the snapping increment.How do I align my objects to the grid? If I align to the grid, my objects’ positions are decimals instead of integers.
It’s the grid size option.
Though with pixel art you should set it to a value of 1 / your PPU (Pixels per unit).
No, he is talking about the “Increment Snapping” button that always used to be there to the right of the “Grid/Snapping” button. I circled the one he is talking about in my image here. I had the grid size set to 4 and snapped to it by default (for building out levels), but for doing finer details I had the “Increment snapping” set to 0.2, which is what it did when I held down Ctrl to override the 4 default. But now it’s just gone?? What the heck?
BTW I took that screenshot from a video I found online. I couldn’t take it from my own install because IT’S GONE NOW. So again, what the heck?
