Yes, it is. It’s not so much what Unity is able to do, but what you are able to do.

I can make a PvP system like this as well?
I’m a beginner, so I am not speaking from experience, but I know the answer to be “yes.” Unity seems to be capable of pretty much anything except for top-tier ultra realistic 3D graphics. Or maybe it is capable of that, too.
Endless Legend, Endless Space, Hearthstone, Wasteland 2, Pillars of Eternity, and Kentucky Route Zero are but a few of the games made with Unity.
