Unity 3.0 and Xbox 360

So, with the new 3.0 release coming soon, and the availability of Ps3 and Xbox 360 deploying.

I was wondering, is there any chance that unity 3 will be able to deploy to XNA ? If it did, that would be so cool and useful to people who want to get some games out on XNA, especially with Unity’s easy game development approach.

Anyone got any answers on this. crosses fingers

There is no XNA support and the XBox 360 support was clarified to be through XDK and as with all console licenses you will need to have a developer contract with microsoft to even have the chance to buy this license.

keep in mind: XNA does not support native unmanaged code and thats the base upon which Unity builds.
it does not run in a managed environment at all

It would also be questionable that there would be interest in a $15k per title++ license (thats what I expect as bottomst end as the WiiWare one is $15k and the wii is far less painfull to develop for than the other two consoles as it is singlecore, “low gpu”) for the indie marketplace which is available in even less countries than Googles payed android marketplace and many already consider the $1500 onetime for android pro to be too expensive for the potential
