No, that is outdated. This was written before the public beta, because it says that the beta is not out yet.
Analytics and some form of Achievement/Leaderboard API were announced at last UNION, but think they are in the roadmap, not targeted for the 3.5 release. Also there was something about an animation generator or repository, also meant for after 3.5.
The analytics demo they gave at Unite was darn impressive, with heat maps automatically generated and all data hosted by Unity, no need of maintaining an analytics server or going for a third party.
The achievement thing is supposed to be an intermediary API that would, out of the door, support Game Center for iOS and be easy to write plugins for to support other networks (like Xbox Live or Steamworks) without having to change anything in the game code and logic.
