Can I install Unity 3 without losing my 2.6 installation? I still wan’t to be able to work with 2.6 until we’re ready to migrate to 3. I’m using pro versions.

Rename the current install folder to Unity2.6 then install 3. You should also turn on Show project wizard on startup in preferences. That’s on a mac anyway.
I imagine on windows you can just choose a different install directory.
