Unity 3 External Lightmapping tool

Hi, I am new for Unity 3, and I imported the external lightmapping tool package for the unity 3 , the “external lightmapping tool” under the window tab, however, when I clicked on it, is doesnt show up the lighting tools option under Unity 3, any idea?

maybe your using free version of unity. lightmapping is only available on pro version/
