Is the Beta giveaway on preorder still available? I’m planning on preordering 3, and I’d like to know if we’ll receive the Beta version.
Also, I’ve noticed that the key provided by UT works on both 2.6 and 3. If I activate 2.6, will I be able to activate 3 later?

Thanks, dreamora. So basically, I can activate 2.6, work with it and then when Unity 3 comes out, I can use the same license.
But can I use it with both 2.6 and the U3 beta?
yupp its the machine you register basically, not unity as unity is a machine locked license

I should say: at least I didn’t have probs and I installed the U3 beta on the same machines where my U2 license was installed (that was actually upgraded to a U3 one so the old no longer exists)
i have 2.6 and U3 on the same machine, works perfectly
I just bought a Pro license for Unity, but all they gave me was a link to Unity 2.6.1, no Unity 3 Beta. What gives?
