Unity 3.x and Visual Studio setup

after installing Unity 3.3 I am not finding the runtime dlls. UnityEngine.dll and UnityEditor.dll in the application folder or anywhere on my mac. Where should I look for?

There is a good document that I am trying to follow right here: http://www.unifycommunity.com/wiki/index.php?title=Setting_up_Visual_Studio_for_Unity_on_Mac

The document calls to link these dll references using a new approach which I am having hard time understanding. Now I am already using vmware and my VS.NET is still pointing to the older Unity. Could someone please explain in details how to add these references by having a network drive map to the Applications folder as suggested in this new approach?

Thank you in advance.

The dlls could be found here:

/Applications/Unity/Unity.app/Contents/Frameworks/Managed

(not sure if these are the "official" runtime dlls)
