I installed 3 different versions of Unity 3d editor and the same problem still occurs. Every time it starts , it gives me one or more unloaded-blank windows and such look keeps for a while then it comes up with an error message saying that the program has stopped working…

It sounds like one of your layouts has been corrupted. That’s a bug that happens sometimes.
Go to:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Editor-4.x\Preferences
And delete the folder that’s named “Layouts”. If you have saved some layouts that you want to keep, take a backup of the layout file in the folder.
Deleting the folder makes Unity recreate the default layouts, which will take care of the problem if it’s indeed a layout problem.
