i mean,i have the networking tutorial downloaded from the unity3d oficial page and when i compile it and create my server im conecting to the unity master server.Is that server free?(the server of the tutorial).

You can indeed use the Unity master server free of charge. However, it is not good for commercial use. It is recommended that you get your own server.
