Hello! This is my first post, so please cooperate with me. I want to develop a 3d game targetting PC and Android first, and then the Apple market. The game is about a hero who fights his way to free his kidnapped girlfriend from the Giant Supervillain (may sound inspired by Double Dragon). I am ready with the story and character sketches. But the problem is I’m simply Zero in game programming. Now don’t laugh about that. Further, I’m in a nowhere mood to hire a Developer. I want to make the game on my own. And when I say I want to do it, I mean… I can do it! I’m a Fast learner and being young (just 18 years old), I don’t think learning game programming at this age would be climbing a Mt. Everest. Now don’t ask me to join a Gaming institute, cause I want to be an Animator and cannot learn in both the institutes at the same time.
So I want you guys to kindly suggest me some tutorials, books, videos and other resources that you think is worth a take a shot. Sorry for the lengthy post. That was just to ease out your work and come up with a quick response easily. And yes I do’ve a Unity and that even 3.4.2 Pro version.
Thanks for your time
Welcome aboard. Actually, what you are talking about is more in the relm of the collaboration forum:

However, you are also asking for tutorials and how to start. This is actually easier than you might guess.
Start off in YouTube and search for Tornado Twins. This will give you a good start into the environment and programming aspects of Unity. Past that, then you will need patience and good reference. For that, we have the entire Unity Reference library:
Also, make sure you search the forums for specific problems. You would be surprised how many people have already asked these questions.
Thanx for Tornado Twins. The videos are awesome, buddy.
