Unity 4 Crash on Startup!

Hey, i have installed unity 4 and it will crash on when i try to start it.
I can see only New project window, when i try to make new or load any project it will crash.

Unity 3.5 works well…

Error Log:

Unity Editor [version: Unity 4.0.0f7_034d3531fec3]

Unity.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module Unity.exe at 0023:00605115.

Hey i had the same problem actually, I uninstalled everything and did a clean install and seemed to work.
I would try that last resort.
