unity 4 mecanim - fbx humanoid mapping error

Dear All,
I import an .fbx from 3ds max to unity 4 and want to create an animator controller to controll many animations . I want to use mecanim system of unity 4 but I meet the error when mapping my character .fbx.

Is it come from 3ds max .fbx file when importing to unity ? How can I fix it . I’m just a normal using Unity and don’t know 3ds max .

Can anybody here give me a sign to fix it in 3ds max ?

If you just click on the Swap UVs checkbox in the Unity inspector it may solve your problem.
