Unity 5.0.1f1 iOS performance spikes issue

Hello guys,

We’ve updated our project from 4.3.4 to Unity 5.0.1f1.
Our game run smoothly on 4.3.4 on 60fps with no spikes, delays, freezes or so. However when we updated our project to Unity 5.0.1f1 we noticed that the FPS counter is still showing 60FPS. So far so good, after we start testing our game we noticed spikes on every 1/1.5 sec of the game. The spikes are evenly and cause the game screen to freeze for a second. We’ve tried a lot of stuff in order to improve the performance.
Even we dropped all our scripts and leave very simple scene, still the spikes appear.

We run the game on a profiler and see that there were spikes with the label “Overhead” on that equal intervals. We tried to search and google what can cause the issue but so far, we can’t find the answer.
