after downloading unity 5.0 beta 14 with the installer the following message occurs on start of installation (on imac with yosemite):
Installation error
Installation failed with message
Installer: OS X not installed
Any idea?

Okay, the error occurs by installation on a extern usb 3.0 ssd. On intern hdd the installation works fine.
