Unity 5.0 will not open a new project - crashes

Seems this is happening to a few people.

I cannot open a new project or a old one either. It opens and asks me what project I want to open and then it starts to open it and then takes me to bug reporter right away. No project window

I was just using this computer in another classroom two hours ago with Unity?

Any ideas

Have you tried in 5.0.1? What OS are you on.

Itt happened to me after I first installed Unity 5 - I think I eventually gave up downloaded another version of Unity and it seemed to clear it up. It makes me wonder if Unity 5 was rushed to the marketplace without full testing because of the “free” version of Unreal.

Needless to say that I had numerous other problems :(.
