Hey guys,
I updated my project the other day to 5.1 and since then a number of the post processing effects disabled themselves, and give me the following warnings when attempting to re-enable them:
“The shader X on effect Y is not supported on this platform!”
“The image effect X has been disabled as it’s not supported on the current platform”
This has happened to the Unity bloom and sun shafts effect as well as Amplify Color. The target platform is Windows with DX11 API, no graphics emulation using the Windows Unity Editor on Windows 7.
Has anyone run into a similar issue or any ideas of how to fix this? It’s like Unity thinks it’s trying to build for mobile or something.
