Reliable performing windows build across many games. Windows 7 Home Pro x64 8GB RAM GTX 760 2GB Ram i7-4790 all 2 years old, all performing perfectly. I notice a scene turning stutter every time my view changes in the game i am building. It happens on my huge map of 100000uu and a tiny all unity standard assets map. It happens in the build or the editor. When the scene turns a stuttuer is inevitable, wether locked at 60fps or flying at 500+ fps it stuttuers on any map of any size, on two machines. Both with up to date drivers.
