Did the same code work prior to Unity 5.3.5p1 ? Also, did you build the asset bundles using this version of Unity ?
I am not sure Asset bundles are compatible across different versions of Unity (i may be wrong on this one).
Also, could you please share the code you’re using to load the asset bundle ?
I get the same crash in 5.4.0b20
