It’s an issue with the Android Build Tools version you have installed. Try downgrading your Android Build Tools, as suggested. It will be in the Unity Known Issues section of the current version most likely.

i didnt upgrade nothing. just i upgrade unity and added fixed version Google Play Services for Logger error .
