Unity 5.5 editor performance - "Unaccounted"

Since updating to 5.5.0f3, I see two huge performance issues while running in the editor.

“Unaccounted time between: WaitForTargetFPS and VR.WaitForGPU”
“Unaccounted time between: VR.DeviceSDK and Loading.UpdateWebStream”

Framerate tanks to < 2fps.

The app does support VR with Oculus Rift, as well as non-VR. Currently, this error is happening when no VR headset is plugged in.

This is a totally new issue as of this update, but I also happened to update Nvidia drivers, and Windows 10 at the time time, so I suppose it could be a result of either of those updates as well.

Really stuck on this. I’ve tried disabling VR, but the OVR Moonlight scripts enforce VR-enabled in the Player Settings at runtime.

Any advice would be greatly appreciate.
