Unity 5.6 opens a ton of windows when building

Ok, so something wierd started happening with unity. Every so often when I save a script I edited in vs and go to unity and wait for it to build, it sometimes glitches my whole PC to the point I have to reset it because I cant do anything. I would post a screenshot but I really cant do anything when it happens. It doesnt just open windows related to unity, it opens wierd windows on skype, chrome, steam, explorer…

At first I thought it was a worm virus, so I formated my PC, but no it is still happening. Does this happen to anyone else? I also get some errors in the console when it does

Ok, took a screenshot, because it happened again 5 minutes after writing this post…

Now it happens almost everytime it buils… I can’t even work on my game anymore

Did you resolved the issue? I didn’t try to build, I’ve just tried to download an asset from the “Asset Store” tab. When I click at any place in the “Asset Store” window it opens tons of tabs in my internet browser. “Asset Store” itself ignores any click. I re-installed Unity, it did not help. Antivirus Avast found nothing.
