Is anyone else getting unity 5 crashing when it tries to import a (slightly complex) blender model while in play mode? Happens to me every time, wondering if there was something I could do about it.
Never had this issue, however, you could close Unity and copy the blender file into your game project via windows explorer instead? that way when you load up Unity again itll automatically adapt the project with the new files?
Not sure if that would achieve much as if I remember I can exit play mode and it doesn’t crash. Problem is lots of the time I don’t want to exit play mode and if I forget to exit play mode before saving my model a crash is inevitable and I loose all my unsaved prefab changes.
