I read the licence agreement (EULA) and as far as I could undesrtand, the Personal licence allows me to publish commercial content on any platform as long as my yearly income is lower than $100,00USD… However I also read this page http://unity3d.com/unity/faq and after that it’s no longer clear to me if the same criteria applies for Android and iOS.
I’ll be making revenew out of the published content, so I need to know with absolute certainy if the Personal licence allows me to publish on mobile platforms without any legal issues.
I see your point because the wording is not crystal clear. From what I can tell (from the below link)
For Unity 5 Personal Edition
Deployment to all platforms included with the Personal Edition splash screen.
To me this means that you can indeed publish to android/ios without breaking any rules. I mean the Android and iOS build options are included in “build settings”. I would hate to think Unity included the option to publish to the respective platforms (using personal edition) if you were going to get in legal trouble.
