Unity 5 Pro License and Unity 4 on same system

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I have a Unity 5 Pro License but have an older project I still want to be able to maintain in Unity 4.
Can I use the Unity 5 Pro license for Unity 4 Pro on the same machine?

Found this was asked a lot when people upgraded from 3.x to 4.x but don’t know if it is still true,
There may be a problem with my Unity 4.x because every time I add the Unity 5 Pro license key it works, then a few seconds later pops up with License has expired.

I do this all the time - both 5.01 and 4.6.3 are installed. I didn’t do anything special to make them work, it just did.

Cheers, there must be something wrong with the unity 4 install then… will try uninstalling it, clearing the registry and re-installing it again.

Tried adding the license again today an it worked without all the reinstalling and stuff…
