Since Unity 4 licenses are no longer available (Unity 5 pro licenses allow pro install of 4),
do these retroactive licenses also come with team license, since that’s included in 5?

Hey, the backwards compatibility of the licenses does not include the free team license that is included with Unity 5 Pro.
