Unity 5 Skybox is Low Quality in Scene and Game View

I’ve imported a HDR cubemap into Unity 5 and in the Unity cubemap texture importing settings it looks high quality, yet when I place the cubemap as my skybox it becomes incredibly pixelated and low-res. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue, and if they know a solution for the problem.

All of my texture import settings seem to be correct. I’ve set the texture to CubeMap and to automatic TrueColor.

are you sure that the quality settings are not lowering the texture resolution?

Yeah, I’m sure I set the textures to full res. Here are my Quality Settings.
