Unity 5 Terrain Black Spots Rendering Glitch

I created a terrain and a first person controller. That’s pretty much it. This glitch never happened to me in Unity 4, nor in another scene. I am using Unity 5, and yes, this terrain is extremely large. Also, it does this with any texture or shader. The only way I can fix this is by turning “Cast Shadows” off on the terrain. Any ideas on the cause?

The image is so low resolution because it wouldn’t upload otherwise.

Go to your main light source and under shadow type increase the bias.

Do you have any skybox in scene? and which one version of Unity do you use?
