Unity 5b19 - Asset store window wants to import everything as a complete project??

First time I have come across this issue… Any asset I update in the asset store through Unity 5, now asks if I want to import the complete project, along with all the usual warnings. None of the assets are projects or templates, but models, scripts, editor tools, etc that I have been collecting as time goes on. Never had this behaviour before - anyone else seen this? Can anyone tell me how to fix it? If I open a blank new project, the issue remains. If I import as a custom asset from r-clicking in my project view, the problem does not occur.

Is it just a corrupt asset store issue that can be cleared by deleting preferences files, etc?

I’m seeing this on 4.6 as well

Ditto on 4.6… Seems to be an asset store issue… :frowning: Just started happening today.

getting this error also, running 4.6

Somehow feeling better that it is not just me and not a release issue, but a store one.

Yeah… Ditto. I think I did get a message within my project on the asset store window at one point that the asset store had been updated. Prior to that, I was able to import assets without the message. Now everything, regardless of category, is giving that message. Everything from a simple script package or single character model and up. Like you, I was glad to find that it wasn’t just me… lol

Somehow, upgrading to beta 20 made the problem disappear. Not sure if it was the upgrade or just a coincidence, but no more asset store import issues
