Unity 6 Lightmap baking problem in Plane or Leaf

I have tried baking the shadow of a tree or plant but I am having problems with shadow baking.

I have tried all the settings to fix this problem but could not fix it.

anyone have solution for this type of situation ?

Double Sided Global Illumination fixed it, thank you very much.
