Unity 6 - Package Manager cant be minimized - constantly full screen

So in Unity 6000.0.2f1 package manager open full screen, on my 2nd monitor. I cant seem to minimize it. I can drag the entire tab and dock it on my other screen in the Editor, but that’s not what I want. I just want it to be behaving same as what it did in my 2021 projects…

Try “reset all layouts” in the top right corner.
