few days ago, I bought new laptop and installed Unity, but i can’t active my serial number, here is a screen shot:

I hope there is any solve, if not this means that my GAME DEAD X(
Email unity support and they will sort it out. It shouldn’t be a problem as long as you haven’t shared or activated your serial from multiple machines/connections etc!
The same thing happened to me as well. I deactivated unity on a day my internet crapped out during the process. Eventually i was able to migrate to my new OS and activate unity. A few days later Unity deauthorized my license. I have since then sent 3 emails regarding having the activations reset. It’s been a week later and i still have not heard back from any one as of yet.
