Unity activation fails after Windows 10 Update

I installed the new big update for Windows 10 and now i can’t use Unity anymore, because Unity detected a change in the operating system identification
.

When i click on Re-Activate i get this error:

Also signing out and login again did not work.

Edit: Fixed it by deleting the .ulf file C:\ProgramData\Unity
