As unity deperecated sdk 1.x on March 1st, 2020, it requires us to upgrade sdk version. I tried using assetstore in unity 4.7.2 but it is not loading any of assets. I search everywhere and I couldn’t able to find unity ads package for unity 4.7.2. It is mentioned in doc that only v2.3.0 will work for Unity 4.6 → 5.0. I emailed unity support couple of times but no reply yet. Please help!
Version 2.0 onwards of the SDK should continue to work with our backend for the foreseeable future. From the screenshot you provided, it looks like you’re having an issue loading anything at all from the Asset Store - unfortunately, we’re not experts on the Asset Store integration in this subforum.
You could try asking about how to install assets on older versions of Unity in the Asset Store subforum, or try contacting Unity’s customer support:
