Unity Ads Refund waiting since 12 days (Unity Finance Department)

Hello,

I contacted Unity ads support and they also recommended to post here to get a person who can help.

I’m waiting since 12 days on my refund for Unity Ads. I added a deposit to my account, but after a few days decided not to do ad campaigns via unity and requested a refund. My Ticket was sent to the Unity Finance Department, and I didn’t hear anything yet from them.

I need to talk to someone from the Unity Finance Department to resolve this issue. Is someone here working for this Department?

I have had the same problem and it’s been over a month since my refund request with no response. What’s going on?

This is happening with me as well, deposted $1000 and no reply on refund ticket for almost 4 months.
