Unity Ads supported banner regions

Hi, So I’m using Unity Ads in favor of LevelPlay. I have published my app on the google play store.
I have implemented banner ads in to my project but it only shows when the app is ran in certain regions.

So my question: What regions are the banner ads supported in?
I’ve ran on multiple devices in the UK but no banner is being loaded. However when using a VPN to switch to USA they show just fine.

Unity version: 2021.3.16f1
Unity Ads version: 4.4.1 which is the latest version.

Banner ads are supported in all regions. However since not many advertisers use Banner ads, they are not always available in every regions.

My mobile game boasts nearly 15,000 daily active users (DAUs) there. I’m interested in exploring Unity Ads for monetization. Can Unity Ads serve banner ads, interstitial ads, native banners, and rewarded videos to my Russian audience?
Could you please confirm if Unity Ads are currently displaying ads to users in Russia?
