Unity ads tipalti - payment to Russia

Well, with the advent of the new tipalti payment system, I can no longer receive payments from Russia. As an alternative method, I used PayPal, but that was also removed. I would like to know how to withdraw funds from my account?

What does “choose a different country” mean? Everyone knows that a person usually lives in the country in which he was born.
Is it possible that the new system will be fixed? The previous payment system always worked great ;).

I completely agree with you, it is unlikely that many people have dual citizenship or relatives abroad.

My problem now is simple: I need to reset the tipalti filled form to its original empty form. is it really that hard to do?

What are you talking about? We have worked with Unity in 2023. Not with Tipalti. Now we want to get our money for last 2 months. Your partner don’t pay to russian users. We CAN NOT choose any of payment methods on payout profile creation page. Will we get our money or Unity just stole it?

This is the support response I received from Tipalti:

At this time if you are currently in Russia you will need to provide a bank statement with a bank outside of Russia, this will then also be your payment method on our platform.

Did you manage to resolve your issue?

Unity going to end a of lot careers this year with Tipalti’s limitations plus verifications and it’s all downhill from here.

Edit:
somehow I got lucky and both Unity and Tipalti team solved the problem within 10 days of communication through email and payment going as usual.

Unity should offer the option to use PayPal for individuals in countries not supported by Tipalti. Forcing users to change their country is not the right approach.

in the final, after a month of search way to get payout, i wtite to all possible support. I managed to change the country to receive payments (support advises this!!!) and I get an account ban from Tipalti. I have no words…

Had the same issue, i wrote to unity-onboarding@tipalti.com and get fast feedback that i need something like additional verification. With bank statement this issue was finished in less than 24 hours.

Lol. So we lost our money i think. That was a second lesson.
First lesson was when Unity deleted from asset store a lof of assets that i bought. Something about 1000$ was spend for nothing. No refund, no chance to download it.

Appodeal, they also have a Unityads network
