Hi everyone, i just released my first game with rewarded video ads , but the ads are not working with wifi , they are only working when connected to mobile data. Can you please help me ?

My device was a testing device, tested on other device working fine.
I’d try the Wifi from your phone’s hotspot to rule out your own Wifi connection, first.
If the Wifi hotspot from a phone (which uses data and a different network IP to access the internet) works, then it’s something to do with your home’s Wifi IP.
Please note that from experience, if you test out the live ads too much from your home internet connection, you’ll potentially be banned for life from Unity Ads… by this I am referring to the live ads, not the test ads. Make sure you only activate live ads and use them in the actual app, not while you’re testing the app/building it, 'cause that can look like misuse and they do ban people permanently from my bitter experience.
