Unity (all version) not opening.

Hi everyone, for over a week I have been having problems with all versions of Unity 3D. In practice, whenever I open any project (both new and existing) after importing the assets, the editor does not open. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall, change version, I tried Unity 5, 2017, 2018, etc. No version works. Anyone know how to help me? Thanks in advance to everyone.

P.S. in the video I used the 2018.4.25f1 Unity version, but the problem is with all version.

Quit Unity Hub from the ray, find “Unity_lic.ulf” in your computer, delete it and restart the Hub.

done, but it doesn’t work the same. If it can be useful, if I check in Task Manager, Unity.exe is open. And now it freezes here …
