I’am trying to create my new files raw data from unity analytics but I can’t download its.

The data on June 5th may be being processed. Please try to export the earlier data to see if the problem persists.
Please show a screenshot of your Custom Events showing in Data Explorer to confirm that you have data available for download.
The issue is that Size in bytes is 0. You must select an Event before exporting and if you have no custom event then you should select Appstart for example.
