I try to add second member to Unity Analytics and receive error: “User can’t be blank”
Can I fix it?
Apologies for the unclear error on that page. Unfortunately, it’s outside the Analytics realm and we can’t easily change it to be clearer.
That being said, this error usually comes up if:
a) The email doesn’t belong to a Unity Account
b) The email belonging to the user you’re trying to add has some case-sensitivity issue.
Please check if the user you’re inviting has a Unity Account, and the correct casing is applied. If none of these solutions help let me know and I can dig deeper.
